Speed and Agility
Winter speed and agility training is a 6 week program to help develop the overall athleticism, speed, agility, conditioning, and body control of the athlete. This is a great opportunity to prepare athletes for the upcoming season and develop their athletic ability to perform at the highest level!
Session 1 (Middle School and High School): Saturday 10-11am Jan 13, 20, 27 Feb 3, 10, 17
Session 2 (Youth): Saturday 11-12pm Jan 13, 20, 27 Feb 3, 10, 17
Session 3 (Middle School and High School): Saturday 10-11am Mar 2, 9, 23, 30, Apr 6, 13 (Week of Spring Break off)
Session 4 (Youth): Saturday 11-12pm Mar 2, 9, 23, 30, Apr 6, 13 (Week of Spring Break off)
Cost: $195 per session
