

Middle School Strength
Middle School Winter Strength is a 6 week program designed for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade athletes. This program is designed to begin getting Middle School athletes into the weight room and give them a jump start on training prior to entering their high school strength and conditioning programs down the road. This program will have a strong emphasis on technique and proper execution of various movement patterns athletes will see frequently in the weight room going forward.
Session 1: Mondays 6-7pm Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12
Session 2: Wednesday 6-7pm Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14
Session 3: Monday 6-7pm Feb 26, Mar 4, 18, 25, Apr 1, 8 (week of Spring Break off)
Session 4: Wednesday 6-7pm Feb 28, Mar 6, 20, 27, Apr 3, 10 (week of Spring Break off)
Cost: $195 per session
