High School Winter Strength 

The High School Winter Strength program is a great opportunity for our high school athletes to put on size and strength this off-season! This is a great time of year to focus on the weight room as fall seasons wind down and before winter workouts begin. This 6 week program will give athletes the chance to train along other high school athletes while still receiving a personalized training program as we address their own needs and abilities in training!

 

Session 1: Tuesdays 4-5pm Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 13

Session 2: Saturday 9-10am Jan 13, 20, 27 Feb 3, 10, 17

Session 3: Tuesdays 4-5pm Feb 27, Mar 5, 19, 26, Apr 2, 9 (Week of Spring Break off)
Session 4: Saturday 9-10am Mar 2, 9, 23, 30, Apr 6, 13 (Week of Spring Break off)

Cost: $195 per session
