Current Slammers, please fill out the registration form below and also sign the Parent/Player contract.

After completing the registration form, please remit a check down payment (amount pending season participation - $250/Season)  along with the contract at the facility.  Make checks payable to "Iowa Slammers - Mike Joseph".  Down Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Down Payment is due by December 14th, 2025 for the Spring Season.
