Grand Slam Strength is proud to bring you the Creed Program.  Founded by Brian Joseph, this program aims to incorporate Mental Fitness into not only your workouts, but in other aspects of your life, including your profession, education, and faith.

What Is Your Creed

Starting the week of June 23rd, Group training will be available on a weely basis.  This will include three 1.5-hour sessions each week. 

 

Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 5:30-7:00p
